Biography
Jason McCart was raised in the rural Eastern Oklahoma community of Bald Hill. He attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Oklahoma, and law school at the University of Oklahoma College of Law where he is adjunct faculty in the Creditors' Rights course. Mr. McCart was partner at the Oklahoma City firm of Reynolds, Ridings, Vogt & McCart from 2009 through 2024 where he recovered millions of dollars for his clients before determining a location more central to Eastern Oklahoma, where Oklahoma's population centers are located, was a better fit for his practice, so he founded McCart Legal Counsel, LLC. Mr. McCart and his wife, Brandye of 21 years have two children, one currently attending Auburn University and the youngest in High School. Jason enjoys fly-fishing, studying history and languages, and occasionally reaching for his electric guitar.
